Fusion Grill & Bar: A Culinary Experience in Katy, TX

Adriana was amazing very helpful. We asked her what type of rice we were eating & she went in the back & found it. We are from out of town I sat this place on instagram. Everything was amazing. One of the best steaks I’ve had in years.

Our first time visiting. Great experience overall. Dinner and drinks on point! Service was outstanding. Miguel and Jose did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome. Highly recommend Fusion. We will be visiting again soon.

I was looking on Google for a new place to have lunch and saw the glowing reviews of Fusion. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by Adriana while taking in the warm ambiance. Pictures do not do this place justice. It's very welcome and the perfect place for a date. My waitress Isabella was absolutely amazing and the food came out very timely. The presentation looked picture perfect and I couldn't wait to take my first bite. Once I did, I was blown away at the flavor of the chicken which was grilled to perfection. The seasoning was perfect and not too salty like a lot of other restaurants in the area. Everything tasted so fresh and I walked away full. The portion size was perfect and most will have enough to take some home with them. If you are looking to try out a new place that offers friendly service, amazing food, and many of your favorite menu items, I recommend Fusion as a hidden gem and one of my personal new favorite restaurants that I've tried in the general Houston area. I can't wait to come back again soon!

My wife wanted to try a new spot for our fifth wedding anniversary 4/25/25. The food was good. The service was good. We were seated at the bar since they didn't have seating elsewhere. I didn't like that the "tips system" couldn't be adjusted due to the system. The POS only allowed the minimum to be preselected, not a custom amount. However, I have worked on this system and know a custom tip amount can be put in. I let the server have his minimum, but I wasn't happy. You don't have to lie to the customer about that. Jose erased the tip amount twice. I tipped him $15 and $18 the second time. That wasn't good enough. The ambiance was excellent. Food came out fast. The drinks were good. They definitely hit. This experience left a bad impression on my wife and me.

Upon entering we were immediately greeted by the bartender and hostess, who seated us. They both genuinely seemed happy to see us. Our waitress quickly got us water and was helpful when we were torn between our drinks and food. She was also attentive the entire evening. I got the Farmhouse burger and French 75, and my sister got the Pink Panther and the Fusion Seafood Pasta. From the caramelized onions to the bacon and patty, my burger was amazing! The sauce on her pasta was delicious, and the entire dish was yummy. She’s not a drinker, but she slurped the Pink Panther down, and my French 75 did not disappoint. The bathroom is a one-person stall, and it was very clean and smelled amazing. The decor and atmosphere and music were all on point and appreciated. As we left, all staff we passed thanked us and spoke. This was an easy 5 star, and we want to go back to try more dishes.

Great venue. Great food. Very nice and clean,& upscale. Service from the staff was amazing. Outdoor patio as well. I only had one issue, some of my food was over cooked probably due to lack of communication because servers barely speak English so they may have not understood,but my issue was resolved quickly. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

We tried Fusion Grill & Bar for lunch take out and I must admit this is easily one the BEST burgers I’ve had. My wife and I both got the Goat Burger and shared the brisket fries. Everything was excellent, fresh, and all the flavors worked together so well. Burgers were big and brisket fries could easily feed two to three people. I cannot wait to come back and try another burger!

It stirred my curiosity why a burger joint has over two thousand five stars reviews. And I found out. Despite the dark, gloomy atmosphere in the restaurant and the lack of space feeling, once you sit at the table things change. The service is fast and attentive, not pushy. But the food , oh my God. It’s been a while since I had such perfection in taste and presentation. Stellar job on the chef’s side. The burger was perfectly medium rare cooked as I requested. And the fries and especially the garlic sauce they come with are out of this world. Amazing experience. I highly recommend this place with all my confidence. I for one will definitely return.
